REFUND POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to camps@jillkramer.com. Please include the camp name and date, as well as the athlete’s name in the email.
Requests made within first 24 hours of registration: We realize sometimes mistakes are made during registration. If you contact us within the first 24 hours of registration (and the camp you registered for is at least 2 weeks away), we will issue 95% refund. 5% is kept for admin fees.
Requests made at least 1 week prior to camp date: If you paid $300 or more for the camp there is a $150 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee. If you paid less than $300 for the camp – 30% of the actual paid registration fee is non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee.
Requests made with less than 1 week notice from the camp date: There will be no refunds on any camps when requests are made with less than 1 week notice.

INJURY REFUNDS and REFUNDS TRANSFER DUE TO INJURY
In case the camper is hurt and cannot be physically active the following rules apply.
If notice is given at least 10 days prior to camp: We will refund 75% of the camp fee or give you 95% credit to use towards other 2019 Jill Kramer Volleyball Camps at TCU.
If notice is given with less than 10 days notice (and before the camp begins): We will refund 50% of the camp fee or give you 75% credit to use towards other 2019 Jill Kramer Volleyball Camps at TCU. All requests for injury refunds & transfers must be emailed to camps@jillkramer.com and MUST be accompanied with a doctor’s note. No refunds or transfers will be issued if notice is not received prior to the start of the camp. Illnesses and documented family emergencies will also apply to this portion of the policy.

CAMP TRANSFER AND CHANGE POLICY
All changes requested at least 1 month in advance: $15 change fee and will only be made if the camp you want to switch to is not full.
All changes requested at least 3 days prior to commuter camps/clinics and at least 10 days prior to overnight camps, but less than 1 month in advance: $35 change fee (or 40% of the camp/clinic fee, whichever is less) and will only be made if the camp/clinic you want to switch to. No changes will be granted within 3 days of commuter camp/clinic start or 10 days prior to overnight camps. No changes to an overnight camp will be granted within 10 days of camp start. Some changes may not be possible – ie. if lodging is not available for the camp, etc.

CAMP DISCOUNTS TCU
Employee Discount – Children of TCU employees receive a 20% discount off of all June and July 2019 Jill Kramer Volleyball Camps. To receive the discount, sign up online and pay the full price for any camps you want to attend. Then email us at camps@jillkramer.com from a tcu.edu email account with the subject line “TCU employee discount”. We will then credit back the 20% to the card you used for the purchase.
