All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the camp name and date as well as the athlete's name in the email.
Requests Made At Least 1 Month in Advance (but with less than 90 days notice)
If you paid $300 or more for the camp -
There is a $150 non-refundable deposit. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee.
If you paid less than $300 for the camp -
30% of the actual paid registration fee is non-refundable. You will receive a refund for the remainder of the actual paid registration fee.
Requests Made With Less Than 1 Month Notice
There will be no refunds on any camps when requests are made with less than 1 month's notice.
Requests Made With At Least 3 Months Notice
Refund will be 95%. 5% is kept for admin fees.
Requests Made Within First 24 Hours of Registration
We realize sometimes mistakes are made during registration. If you contact us within the first 24 hours of registration (and the camp you registered for is at least 2 weeks away), we will issue 95% refund. 5% is kept for admin fees.
Camp Transfers & Changes Policy
All changes requested at least 1 month in advance will be made for a $15 change fee and will only be made if the camp you want to switch in to is not full.
All changes requested at least 3 days prior to camp but less than 1 month notice will be made for a $35 change fee (or 40% of the camp fee, whichever is less) and will only be made if the camp you want to switch in to and the camp you want to switch out of are not full. No changes allowed within 3 days of camp start. *If the request is to change out of a residential/overnight camp, the request must come with 10 days notice. No changes allowed within 10 days of camp start. Some changes may not be possible - ie. if lodging is not available for the camp, etc.
Injury Refunds & Transfers due to Injury
* All requests for injury refunds & transfers must be emailed to email@example.com and MUST be accompanied with a doctor's note.
If notice is given at least 10 days prior to camp:
We will refund 75% of the camp fee or give you 95% credit to use towards other 2017 Jill Kramer Volleyball Camps at TCU.
If notice is given with less than 10 days notice (and before the camp begins):
We will refund 50% of the camp fee or give you 75% credit to use towards other 2017 Jill Kramer Volleyball Camps at TCU.
No refunds or transfers will be issued if notice is not received prior to the start of the camp.
* Illnesses and documented family emergencies will also apply to this portion of the policy.
